Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)

This one day emergency first aid at work training course is delivered by our in-house qualified and experienced course instructors, in accordance with HSE requirements. The course utilises a variety of teaching techniques to meet the needs of individuals and upon completion delegates will have a greater understanding of the requirements in delivering emergency first aid at work to the appropriate level. This course is provided via: classroom delivery at one of our training centre’s.

Emergency First Aid at Work – Online Annual Refresher

Our Emergency First Aid at Work – Online Annual Refresher E-learning course is aimed at all employees that have attended one-day Emergency First Aid at Work practical courses. This Emergency First Aid at Work – Online Annual Refresher Course ensures that their first aid skills and knowledge are refreshed and up to date before re-certification every three years.

First Aid at Work (FAW) Course

This three day first aid at work training course is delivered by our in-house qualified and experienced course instructors, in accordance with HSE requirements. FAW courses are designed for workplaces that fall into a higher risk categories such as: construction, engineering, manufacturing, chemicals, warehousing, etc and for any workplace where employees may be at risk of underlying health conditions i.e. diabetes, anaphylaxis, high blood pressure, heart problems, etc. This course is provided via: classroom delivery at one of our training centre’s.

Mental Health Awareness Course

This Online Mental Health Awareness E-Learning course explains the difference between mental health and mental illness. The Mental Health Awareness course covers the symptoms of a number of the most common mental illnesses so you will know what to look out for or what to expect if you are working with someone with one of these conditions. As well as providing some practical advice on how you can work effectively with those affected by these conditions.

Mental Health First Aid Course

This  e-learning course teaches participants how to notice and support individuals who may be experiencing mental health issues or exhibiting the signs of substance abuse in a work environment. You will be taught how to connect those people with appropriate help from fellow employees, community resources or healthcare professionals.  The course introduces the subject and outlines the benefits of Mental Health first aid and workplace wellness schemes. It covers the effects of stress on individuals and teams and discusses how stress and mental health are linked.

Supervising Mental Health At Work Course

Companies are legally bound to assess health risks from stress at work, and we’ll show how to assess those risks, along with how to recruit, and train Mental Health First Aiders. You’ll learn how to create a good mental health culture within your workplace and how to conduct a Mental Health Audit and produce a Mental Health Policy and Action Plan.
